"Victor is young, but shows great promise as both a Magus and a leader. Like all with the potential for greatness, he is an idealist. People are drawn to idealists, the passion inside them burning bright, casting back the darkness of the world. The normal people, the people who live in fear of the dark, are drawn to them like moths to flame. Sometimes, those people are burnt, or even consumed. Yet, such ideals are what keeps the world from slipping into the utter darkness and ruin that defines the mortal existence. Victor, assuming he is not consumed by his own fire, will mark this world. Of this, I am sure."
